This is a story of an officer who is sent to a base in a remote area as a punishment for disobeying orders. He is placed in the care of a highly advanced and experimental android super-soldier masquerading as an eccentric human military officer and together they set out to stop a terrorist from unleashing a nuclear annihilation. It is a fast paced movie, with generic and unassuming plot.
