This is the story of a mixed high school football team coached by a black skinned man and set in a time when racism is raging. It tells the tale of the players struggles with themselves and also their eventual triumph against all odds . This is partly due to two different men overcoming their differences to lead their team to success. A highly inspirational movie worthy of remembrance.
