After a remote diamond mine collapses in far northern Canada, a 'big-rig' ice road driver must lead an impossible rescue mission over a frozen ocean to save the trapped miners.
When two dozen miners becomes trapped in a mine, a rescue party made up of a rag tag group of individuals, each with his own baggage are sent with important supplies, however not everyone has the best intentions and the treacherous journey will not be be the only stumbling block to the rescue. It is left to be seen whether they will succeed or not. A suspense filled but predictable movie.
